Below are answers to the most common questions about renting a car from Donnie Does Deals. We deliver rental vehicles throughout the Coachella Valley — including Palm Desert, Palm Springs, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City, and Indio — and offer airport pickup at Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). Eligibility & Documents

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to rent a car from Donnie Does Deals is 21 years old.

What documents are required to rent?

Renters must present a valid driver's license at the time of rental. We accept out-of-state and international licenses.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The deposit amount ranges from $350 to $750 depending on the vehicle. Deposits are returned 3 to 5 business days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

Delivery

Do you deliver rental cars?

Yes. Donnie Does Deals is a delivery-first rental service. We deliver vehicles throughout the Coachella Valley and to Palm Springs International Airport (PSP).

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery within the Coachella Valley is a flat $20 fee. For deliveries outside the Coachella Valley, please call (442) 529-5279 for a quote.

How far in advance do I need to schedule delivery?

We recommend scheduling delivery at least one day in advance. Same-day delivery is available in some cases — call to check availability.

Do you deliver to vacation rentals and Airbnbs?

Yes. We deliver to hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, Airbnbs, and private residences across the Coachella Valley.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)

Do you pick up at Palm Springs International Airport?

We do not meet customers at the curb. Instead, we park the rental vehicle in the PSP airport parking lot before your arrival. After landing, you walk to the parking lot and access the vehicle using a pin code we provide for the key lockbox.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, the car will still be waiting for you in the PSP parking lot. There is no additional fee for flight delays.

Can I return the car to the airport?

Yes. Airport returns work the same way as pickup — park the vehicle in the PSP parking lot and return the keys to the lockbox.

Pricing, Rentals, and Policies

Is there a mileage limit?

Standard rentals include 300 miles per day. Unlimited mileage is available as an optional upgrade — call for pricing.

Do you offer weekly or monthly discounts?

Yes. Weekly rentals receive approximately 10% off the daily rate. Monthly rentals receive up to 30% off. Call (442) 529-5279 for a custom quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start receive a full refund.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes. Additional drivers may be added for a fee of $25.

Is insurance included?

Insurance is sold separately. We accept your existing personal auto insurance and credit card rental coverage. For specific insurance options and pricing, call (442) 529-5279.

One-Way Rentals

Do you offer one-way rentals?

Yes. We offer one-way rentals to Southern California, Las Vegas, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

How much do one-way rentals cost?

One-way rentals are charged at $0.95 per mile in addition to the standard rental rate.

Vehicle Policies

What happens if I return the car with low fuel?

Vehicles returned with less fuel than at pickup are charged $9.00 per gallon for refueling.

What happens if the car is returned dirty?

A $100 cleaning fee applies to vehicles returned in significantly dirty condition.

Can I smoke in the rental car?

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Donnie Does Deals vehicles. A $250 fine applies if smoke or smoke residue is detected upon return.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed for an additional $50 fee.

What are your return hours?

Vehicle returns are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
