Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Renter Eligibility

All renters must:

• Be at least 25 years of age.

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (active, with no major suspensions in the past 3 years).

• Present two (2) forms of government-issued ID with matching names.

2. Insurance Requirements

Renters must provide proof of active personal auto insurance including liability and collision coverage.
If personal coverage does not extend to rentals, temporary coverage or a Damage Waiver may be purchased at the time of rental.

3. Payment & Security Deposit

• A major credit card in the renter’s name is required.

• A security deposit between $300–$1000 will be held until the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

• Debit cards may be accepted at management’s discretion.

4. Proof of Residence & Employment (for premium or long-term rentals)

• Renters must provide a recent proof of address (within 60 days).

• Proof of employment or income (e.g., pay stub, business license) may be required for select rentals.

5. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

• A vehicle inspection report with photos/video will be completed before release and upon return.

• Renters are responsible for all damages, loss, or theft not covered by their insurance policy.

• Smoking, vaping, or transporting pets without approval may result in cleaning fees.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and condition as received.

6. Use Restrictions

• Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, or commercial purposes unless approved in writing.

• Unauthorized drivers or use outside California without consent may void insurance coverage.

7. Late Returns & Cancellations

• Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee.

8. Liability Waiver & Agreement

• Renter acknowledges full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period.

• Donnie Does Deals is not liable for personal property left inside the vehicle.

• Both parties will sign the Rental Agreement, Condition Report, and Liability Waiver before the vehicle is released.
